Can I play if I’m completely new?
Yes — casual play is a great way to try padel with friends. Take a look at our introduction to the game and start at your own pace.
How many people do I need?
Padel is usually played in doubles: two players on each side. Bring a group of four for a full game.
What should I bring?
Wear comfortable sportswear and suitable court shoes, and bring water. You’ll need padel rackets and balls; contact us before your visit to confirm equipment arrangements.

How do I book a court?
Follow Book now for booking information. Court availability, prices and booking terms should be checked when arranging your session.
Do you offer coaching or an academy?
No. Padel 7 is focused on casual games with your friends, family and colleagues. We don’t offer coaching or academy programmes.
Can I come with my colleagues?
Absolutely. Arrange a game with your colleagues just as you would with your friends. For questions about bringing a larger group, email info@padel7.co.uk.
